RETURNS & REFUNDS

You may return any unopened book purchased from Giraffe Marketing within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Returned books must be unopened in their original plastic wrapping. Please mail returns to:

All returns must include the unopened book(s) in original packing along with a copy of the invoice. Returns will be refunded in the form that the original payment was received.
